Right Shade

HOW TO PICK THE RIGHT SHADE OF FOUNDATION

This seems to be really hard for people, because they don't know what kind of pigment is in there skin or don't know there colors at all.

There's three different pigments in foundation
1. Pink
2. Brown
3. Yellow

When picking out foundation it, really is common sense. Most people put way to much thought into it! Or usually don't try to match and buy the product anyway thinking that it will match because they see it with there eyes.

Places where to test the match
1. on the back of the hand
2. bottom of the jaw
3. top of forehead

For African American People
there usually on the dark side so they're going to look for foundations with more of the brown pigment, unless they are lighter and then they will look for more on the yellow side of the pigment

For Caucasian People
It's mostly if you're light you want more pink pigment and if you're dark you want more of a brown pigment
